    Same issue, tried share to remember, when u try to open it there it says: this file type isn't supported. So once again cant save text messages, cant set custom ring tones for text by contact, cant remove emerg calling from lock screen, cant remove camera from home screen, other than touch screen useless stuff I don't even use my old bold was better. Had blackberries for 9 years now huge disappointment was going to bail to S4 but I wanted a keyboard.

    Good point - can't save text messages and that sucks.

    I updated to the 10.1 MR via link and all the text messages are gone!

    I did a FULL backup, with link, prior to the update.

    Ridiculous.
