Hi everyone!

I've bought myself a Blackberry Q10, and am still trying to figure out how everything works. I still have a long way to go, as my previous phone wasn't even a smartphone let alone a Blackberry, so I would appreciate it if you could at least help me with one of the problems which I can't seem to be able to find the solution to.

How can I remove contacts or phone numbers from speed dial? I have no clue how two of the contacts were added to the speed dial and given that I barely use them at all, you must understand my frustration.

Can someone help, please? Thank you all in advance.

Phone > Settings > Keypress Speed Dial. Long keypress contact and delete.
