    I updated my blackberry Q10 to the operating system 10.3.2.2474 and I lost my contacts. Please how can I get them back?

    did you make a backup of your phone first? Load the backup using Link.
    Or if they are in an email account, sync them.
    Otherwise you will have to add them back one at a time
