    hi does anyone know how to get the sms and ringtone loud on the q10 since i upgraded i cannot ge the loud option. thank you

    Not sure I fully understand the problem but you can adjust the volume of different applications (like sms app) via settings>notifications>profile (choose the one you want to adjust)>customize app notifications>tap an app you'd like to adjust (sound, overriding profile volume etc.)

    I have no ideal how to fix this too. The volume is way too soft. Had 3 missed call in a roll.
