    I had to do a wipe and then it was busy with a system update. Level was less than 20% and then I plugged in the charger. Since then it starts-up, reaches 100% but freezes/hangs at Blackberry emblem. Is there a reset button?

    Reset is holding volume buttons for 10 secs.
