    I can use the keyboard to wake the device, but not to enter the password.

    Q10 on newly updated 10.3.2. If it rests for a while will it start working, or should I reload the OS?

    I have rebooted using the normal method, shut down and let it rest before restarting, did a hard reboot using the volume keys, and did a restart by holding the power button. Nothing has fixed it.

    Sachesi non-destructive. Grabbed a debrick and radio file.

    I don't have a Q10, so I'm not sure if this is normal. When loading it shows the BB logo with the rectangle, and after it reaches a certain percentage of loading the BB logo goes from white to a very dark gray.

    You used a Q10 OS on a passport? If so get the right files for the passport.

    I got a Q10 debrick for my dad's Q10. Sorry. I wasn't clear about that.

    Do you have a backup? I would try an autoloader. Sounds like something went wrong. Or get the files and try again.

    Yeah I would find a blitz file or use an autoloader to wipe the problem, then restore backup, if you still have the same problem, install autoloader then custom restore with only the contacts but not previous apps and redownload the apps on the fresh
