    I've just updated my Q10 OS and it lost it's BB ID. I just get an 'unknown error, please try again' message. I can't purchase a thing online because it won't access my payment details, I can't download a thing from BBM because it doesn't recognize a BBM ID. Basically I'm a foreigner to my own BB. Has anyone faced the same problems? Any sugestions?

    I just had that issue when I reloaded the OS. During setup it faced an unknown error when signing into bbid. I pressed back and tried it again and it worked. Then when setting up BBM it gave me an error saying bbid isn't setup. I closed BBM and reopened it and it worked. BBW hasn't given me any issues.
    I'm wondering if it's due to everyone in the world getting the new OS update if the BlackBerry servers are getting overwhelmed.
