Bad news, you can't. BB10 does not have distribution groups. You will need an app such as SMSbynow.

Unfortunately, at this time there is no way to create contact groups in BB10 natively. Blackberry has acknowledged that there is interest in this feature, so we might see it in future builds.

"Interest in this feature"? Isn't it an obvious, basic need? Why in the world would they drop something so elementary which we had on earlier BlackBerry OS's?
