    yesterday night with out switching off the device I have removed the battery & when i tried to start replacing battery.. Its not at all getting started!
    I have tried several ways, connecting to adapter, PC etc.. but no use...!
    Wish some 1 help, Thank you in Advance...

    For what it is worth, I had a Q10 that did the same thing - in the end, after all the battery pulls, resets, etc., turned out to be the on/off switch. Apparently shorted out the phone.

    My advice, if possible, take it in for warranty. If not, take it to a BB authorised repair shop.

    Maybe it's similar to what I once had. If ur battery is very low in capacity when u pulled it out, that could b d issue. Simply leave d battery out of d Q10 overnight. That worked for me. It might just work 4 u. No harm in giving it a try. There is a thread on this here somewhere.
