    Ugh, I was busy this morning and when I took my Q10 out of my purse I saw it had a little box with something about a setting and I just accidentially hit "continue" and now my BB won't work. It's like it has a life of its own, will only swipe sometimes and some apps work if I double tap them etc. Help, how can I get my BB back to normal??

    First things first -- have you tried to do a reset? Hold the power button down for a second and tap Restart?

    What happens when it starts up again?
