I own a blackberry q10 and used sachesi to put 10.2 os on it. It used to be that I could hold down the letter on the keyboard to access accented letters, but now I am unable to do that. Instead, when I hold down the letters it just keeps typing that letter. For example, holding down e makes it go "eeeeeee." Any ideas on how to get accented letters back? Thanks

Welcome to the forums!

First of all, try a reset: Hold the top buttom and don't touch the screen. Hold it till you see the BB loading screen again.

I'll get ome Q10 users here to see if they can help some more.

What os are you on? I had that problem on an older os (forget which one). Went away when I loaded a new leak.

To get the keyboard to stop doing this, I had to do a security wipe. (I backed up my device and did a restore; keyboard is just fine now.)
