    Hi
    I have a blackberry Q10 that i wiped and since then my phone hasn't loaded.
    It says BB ERROR BB10-0015.
    I need help as soon as possible with this so i can get my blackberry started again.

    Make sure you're using the correct autoloader. Wrong model or style, and the OS won't work.
