I've been using the Samsung Galaxy S3 and I love the way the contacts are synced with gmail so if I lose my phone it doesn't matter! How can I do the same thing on the Q10?

I understand that you question was specifically about Gmail contacts, but you should probably give a read through both articles. Gmail acts a little differently on BB10 than on Android. It took me a couple of days to get used to it, but then I was good. If you have questions, a quick search may turn up the answers. If not, pop back here and give us your questions.

For me Gmail just worked out of the box. I've got contacts, email and calendar synchronized without any issues.

Are you getting a specific error or are your contacts not coming over?
