Is there a problem with BBM? I was still able to send BBM a few minutes ago then just suddenly the message that I need to be on unlimited data plan appeared on my BBM. I am on unlimited data plan. See picture below. Any idea? Thanks.

Take your SIM out and put the device only on Wi-Fi see if that makes any difference. All BB10 devices should be able to connect to relay with out any SIM card.

I did still the same. Even my work old bb phone can't send message. Seems bbm is down?

Probably bb problem. I wiped my z10 thinking it has something to do with the leaked OS but even on q10 its the same. Even on the old bb9220 also down.

Don't wipe your BlackBerry. All my BlackBerry cannot perform or reach the BBM. I'm sure this problem is not coming from the handsets nor the carriers (since I used various carriers for my BlackBerry handsets) .

@kevin n @bla1ze , need your help to pass this problem to BlackBerry.

Yeah I should have not but I did thinking it has something to do with the leaked OS. I wiped my z10coz at that time my Q10 is still ok. After several reboots and nothing happened, I wiped it then looked at my q10 and now both have the same issue. Lol dimb me. I did not wipe the q though.

Do not wipe your devices.
The problem was reported in Asia and the Pacific. This was apparently due to maintenance, but most are reporting that everything is back up and running.
