    Headphone is universal. The main standard is 3.5mm while the mini version is 2.5mm. The only issue would be multimedia headphones with pause/play, previous, next.

    Symbian is still and always my favourite Os. Nokia 808. FilePLAY Music Player

    I used some apple ear pods the other day, worked fine for music. The earpods I have are the ones without the built-in mic but my Q still tried to handle them like a headset - so when I took a call no one could hear me because the phone didn't use the mic on the handset. My original blackberry headset works fine though.

    I use skull candy headphones. Work good for calls and the sound is great, especially for how cheap they are. Using a z30 by the way.

    That's odd, I can plug in any old headphones, no mic built in, and when I get a call the phone receives my voice as if I had it on speaker. So I can talk and hear just fine. Not quite as good as proper earbuds with a mic (I hate putting anyone on speaker) but pretty well.

    Xiaomi pistons, v. 2. Probably the best headphones I've ever had and they were under $20. Do yourself a favor and get a pair. I got mine at ibuygou (I only mention the vendor because there are fakes, and these are the genuine article).



    The mic works, as does the pause button. The Vol buttons do not work consistently.
