    Ok cutting a very long story short:

    My Q10 keeps disconnecting at 14% whenever I try to back it up on Blackberry Link. I have tried a different cable, re-installing BB Link, updating the software on the phone and restarting it, none of which have worked.

    I want to upgrade to 10.2 but without a backup to restore this will be impossible; in addition to the obvious worries of not being able to backup.

    I have manually transferred my media files and contacts. It's just the notes that I want to keep, but for some reason there is no option to "share" them.

    Any help/ideas whatsoever would be massively appreciated!!

    What version of Windows are you using? I have heard of some people having issues with Win8. If you are using Win8, the I would suggest you try finding a PC that has Win7. Perhaps at your office, or via a family member or friend?

    Suggest removing recipe box app, restarting, enable airplane mode and try again.. finally did the trick for me. GL!
