I have been running 10.2.1.2156 for several months now and haven't had any problems with it till the last few days.

Specifically the problems I am having include:

- camera will not take pictures. It's saying my built in media storage is full even though I have plenty of internal space available.

- will not send or receive email on both gmail and outlook.

- the icons shuffle and move spots after each time phone restarts.

- is not showing new text messages alerts. It will only display a new text message from someone if I click on their name. I have no way of knowing if I have a new message from someone.

- blackberry app world will not load. It will say" There is an issue with BlackBerry World. BlackBerry World must now close"

- phone has been randomly restarting throughout the day.

These are just the problems I have encountered and I am sure there might be more. This is very frustrating and the only thing that seems to work ok is getting and making phone calls.

Anyone have any input on what the issue might be and how to fix it? Thanks!

Try a hard reset first, see if that helps, if it doesn't help we will do something diff.

Super frustating. Exact saissues as those listed above. 7.8GB of 8GB showing as used even though the phone literally has 18 pictures on it, no videos or music. I can't delete anything. I get permiss denied messages. HELP.
