    Basically turned my phone off and then when tried to boot it back up it had a red empty battery screen tried a few times same thing then plugged the charger in and it booted up turned on and all was fine by the way when I turned my phone off it was more then half full so was not down to low battery found it very strange. What could this problem be down to anyone know or had this problem.

    I have had a similar experience, but with my Z.
    Battery was definitely dead, plugged it in for 10 minutes, and when it booted up it was at 30%.
