Hi, i just bought a blackberry q10 , previously i had the bold 9900 and had no problems with gmail, now i set up my gmail account and i only get emails on gmail from the past few days. I already set Sync All Email Folders on and i have the same problem, I only got emails synced from 4th december until now. Anyone knows a solution to this? Thank you very much

Try the following:

Go to the HUB, then settings and to your email account, click edit account. Scroll to the bottom and set set it to sync forever - you should get all your emails now.

When you set up a new email account, the default retrieval period is 7 days.

I can't find the option where to set sync forever , i only found SYNC INTERVAL with options from 5 minutes to 24 hours ,but i think that for getting new emails

Delete your email account and start from scratch. After you enter your email address and password, press the advanced button, the choose Gmail, and scroll to the bottom, you should see the option as attached.

In mine am not seeing the Forever option. Just up to the 90days
