    With my bb9790 some of my bbm contacts have cool icons/emotions in their profile names. After I did a device switch to Q10 all these profiles show garbage. I have attached an example here. Can someone give me a tip on how to resolve this apart from editing each bbm profile name with such garbage. Thank you.
