Many threads have been started in the last year about Q10's rebooting when set on a table or receiving other normal, small impacts.
The main recommendation has been to place a wedge between the battery door and battery. This can reduce the occurrences but does not resolve the problem. I've created 2 simple images explaining how to fix your Q10 from rebooting again. The fix takes less than 5 minutes and is permanent.



If you suffer from this issue, please try this solution and post your results.
Also, please include where your phone was manufactured and the lot codes of your batteries. I believe the issue lies primarily with a battery that is ever so slightly out of specifications.
It would be nice if users that do not have this issue to also post what codes they have.
