my office gifted me a blackberry q10 . this is the first time i have a blackberry in my hand . i have never used android phone too . i am coming from a nokia e72 (using since 5 years )

i find it tough to use BB q10 . any tips or anything ?

Go on you tube and look at tutorials they helped me a lot. I have had the phone for 2 wks and learned it pretty quickly. Good luck! Great phone!

Don't hesitate to use the Help app, very useful.

Take the tutorial that comes with BB10. Spend the weekend playing with the phone. It is really the only successor of the old Nokia Communicator series on the market.
