I don't have pics, but my gf said she saw the Kardashians with BB10's, especially the Q10. (They all have had BB's ever since they became famous).

Since celebrities are so influential (whether we like it or not), perhaps Crackberry nation should push for a giveaway of some BlackBerry 10 phones to some celebrities to get more buzz. Ask them to try it for a week, broadcast it on their social media accounts, and take pictures of them using it. How about Justin Bieber, Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, etc. Social media wouls surely catch them using the phones so they wouldn't have to be paid. Or perhaps sponsor a blockbuster movie with significant product placement like some car companies have done. Perhaps a high tech robbery in which the phones are the centerpiece for the communication that occurs to organize and perform the heist. Then all would be right in the cellular universe.

I'm a 22-year old college student and I'm the only one I've ever seen with a BlackBerry.

I'm obviously not the first to mention that one of BlackBerry's main issues - is their image. For my age group, BlackBerry's are seen as "old" and for "business" people. While if you have an iPhone, it's considered "cool."

Marketing with celebrities is the quickest, and easiest way to change this image and enter the mainstream. Being name dropped in a Kanye song helps, but if more people knew that Chris Paul or J. Cole were rockin' them, it would give BlackBerry more street cred.

Nokia actually hired the Kardashians to shill for the Lumia 920 when it launched. They took some publicity photos holding colorful Lumias and immediately dropped them for their beloved BlackBerrys. That very week on their tv show all the Kardashians had their BlackBerrys in their hands constantly.
