I have a BB Q 10 that I would like to pass on to another person.
I tried to put it into factory defaults but, after that, when I switched the device on again to start everything over, I saw that my BB ID was still there and there is no way I can delete it to allow the next owner to create his own!
    How do I do it?
    Many thanks

Try to sign out of Blackberry Protect first and then restore the device. That should release your ID from the phone.

Sign out of BB id then do a security wipe, this will put it back to factory .
