    Hi guys!

I'm having a trouble with external battery charger. I have a fully charged spare battery in it, but when I connect it to my Q10 with drained battery it won't charge at all. See my screenshot. I thought I would be able to charge phone this way. Any ideas, why this doesn't work?

    Cheers
    A.

Works well for me... Did you push the button on the charger after connecting it ?

Yes, I have tried that, I have got green led for few seconds and that's all... same result = no charging.

That happens to me when I put both devices to charge @ bedtime! What I usually do is just re-plug the the battery pack to the phone and it goes away. Hope this helps

You can not charge the phone effectively with the battery!!! But you can charge simultaneously. That's why you have that cable!!
I suggest to swap the batteries.

I have never tried to charge my phone with the external charger, I just either swap batteries or plug the phone into either a wall outlet or my laptop.

The Z10 version works for charging, but just as easy to swap the battery

It's working perfectly with my Q10. Not as effective as the premium charger of course.
And by putting it like that, I can even place a call without being weird

Perhaps the spare battery is drained? I have learned that if you leave the spare battery in the bundle case it will drain. Once it has been charged you need to remove the spare battery from the bundle case to prevent it from draining. Perhaps give that a try.

Cool... I tried that... well done! I only charge both simultaneously, this way.

Unplug the battery changing bundle from the wall/computer or whatever it is plugged into. Then plug the battery charging bundle ONLY into the Q10. Don't do any piggybacking.

I tend to get those messages when the Battery Charging Bundle is plugged into, say, a computer and then I plug it into the Q10. It's like the computer is charging the Q10, not the battery bundle. When unplugged from the computer, then the battery bundle takes over.

    Just a guess.

Thanks guys for your comments, it looks like I have a faulty charger, it doesn't work as pic above and also charging never turn itself off, it keeps charging (blinking green) forever, tested more than 12 hours from wall charger which normally takes 4 hours via phone.
