Hey All,

Tried to switch data from 9900 to Q10 today using link.
It takes the data from 9900, then start with a first copy of around 3.7MB to the Q10, but then it reaches a point where it says there's a communication Error.

I have also tried the " Restore" option from Link, where i had the possibility to select what i need from the old 9900, and i only selected simple stuff like SMS, Contacts, etc.. but. But even with that option, i am reaching the same error.

Any help?

What version of Windows are you using? I know there are issues with Win8.

I am using Windows 7, with the Latest LINK version. I had also upgraded my Q10 OS to 10.1.0.238
