    I finally think this happens to all Q10s if you use the camera app and have a lot of other apps connected and use the camera also .
    I just fix this problem with a reboot.
    This happens when I open apps connected to the camera, for example flash light and try to take a photo from the camera too.
    It's a software conflict I think and probably it's on every Q10 out there.
    BlackBerry hasn't thinked of this issue.

    After reading the suggestions on this thread (my camera has been saying it can't be started for two days) I deleted my flashlight app then restarted my phone and the camera started working! Hopefully this is a long term fix!
