Hi all, I just have a quick question about email set up on the q. I have just three accounts on it but I don't know how they should be set up. I've got the basic set up down but should I have sync or push? What's the difference and what does sync timeframe mean in the advanced settings for each account?

Set the sync timeframe to whatever you desire (15 min, 30 min, etc.) and place a checkmark in the box that say "Push if supported". Any mail servers that support push will ignore the sync times and will push the email to the device.

They don't fully ignore the sync time. The sync time is used to sync back to the server, flags, read status, filings, etc. Push overrides new email delivery.
