    Emails in my bold 9900 are set up to show whether they have been delivered and/or read by the recipient. But since moving on to the Q10, I can't figure out how to set that up. Need advise on this please.

    Call your recipient up and ask them whether they have received and read your email.

    Also does the recipient have to have the Send delivery & read receipts switched to on ?

    I've wanted this on my Q10 recently but I don't think the settings are there yet.
