Hello,
I have a BB Q10 and my contact are 3 times copy into the memory. I can't fin a way to erase ALL CONTACTS in one time... even with BB link there is no way to erase. The only option i found was to copy in one way all the contact to the device. I thought this may erase everything on the q10 prior transferring the data but at the end, it just add one more time all my contacts. Can somebody help me???.
Don't tell me to erase one by one (3.000 contacts...)

are these gmail contacts synced with the Gmail account? if yes then it's a known issue, just remove then set up your account again. otherwise, try linking the duplicates (i know it will take forever but you can link the contacts you call frequently and the rest a few at a time, no need to do them all at once)
