No. But there's an app "Nobex Radio" that gives you access to a lot of local radio stations that stream to the web.

I use Nobex app on my 9700 on rare occasion to listen to a particular out of town station where my son does a weekly show. If I am home, listen via computer feeding sound system. Very good app if you want to listen to radio stations outside your area. Of course you can avoid data charges if your phone is connected via wifi. FM in a cell phone would be much less useful. You won't lose signal with Nobex unless you lose cell or wifi signal completely.
BB 9700 -- wife replaced her dying BB 8900 w. HTC 4G Slide 8/11. TM had no "up-to-date" BB at the time.
T-Mobile U.S. (Waiting til next April to see whether to stick w. BB or go Android - if my phone lasts that long)

Nobex was pretty good. Premium version was pretty good on OS7 when BBRY gave out that version free... was a favorite app of mine to listen to the radio back home.
