Hello,

I was wondering why i didnt get any update of 10.1.0.2309 on my Q10. I am currently on 10.1.0.238 with Model number SQN100-3. Any ideas about it?

I have the same problem.
The solution mentioned above does not seem to work.

I should say that mine is a Q10 from T-Mobile germany. No OTA received yet, still 10.1.0.238.

Any further clue?

I tried almost everything including BB Link but no luck.
I think the updates would come on regional basis or something.

That I have not got the OTA is purely a matter of fact, and I am just saying.
I am told by fellow Q10 owners that there are not so many significant changes.
What I am more interested in is the 10.2 update appeared some days ago on CB.
At least in that case, there seems to be a clock with multiple alarms!

Totally agree - BlackBerry needs to get a new update fast. My Q10 is v hot and battery life has fallen of a cliff. Additionally i can no longer delete texts.

im sorry but i have to say ur wrong , before this update my phone used to heat up alot and battery doesnt complete a full day , now since last night my battery is nearly less then half and i have used it with around 1 hour of calls and lots of bbm messaging , and the phone doesnt heat up any more ,

after this update my phone is not heating as much as it was , and battery consumption is less , the issue is resolved for me. , u guys need to hard reset ur phones , i dont know what went wrong if u guys updated the phone correctly or not ? u should have restarted and then i used it for a while then i restarted again , then used again for a while then i fully shut down the device and waited 5 to 10 seconds then pulled out the battery , waited 15 to 20 sec then put back the battery and start it , this is what u have to do wiht new devices , this isnt like the past , the memory and buffer still holds up some hunks of data which may glitch the processor

Hello everyone,
the problem is updates are published by carriers. So if your carrier didn't publish new os yet you simply can't upgrade your phone.
The only way to make this is to buy a sim card of other carrier and you will see update in few minutes after inserting it. Vodafone UK is very fast in publishing newest updates.
Or you can load one of leaked of course (;

Bumping, to ask, anybody with T-Mobile USA have anything higher than 10.1.0.273 10.1.0.1720 ? I don't care for leaked OS, just want to make sure I am not "behind".
