I've just noticed recently that my Q10 isn't showing emails from Exchange as quick as it use to.

I have to RESTART the Q10 and then I will see my Exchange emails.

I see my other emails find from Gmail okay for example. Is there something I can set on my device to get my Exchange emails more promptly?

My device is from Verizon and I have 10.2.1.2122.

    Thanks!

I'm having the same issue, though I assumed it was because I just upgraded/migrated my GoDaddy plan from Exchange 2007 to Office 365 which is apparently Exchange 2013. It takes 30-60 minutes for emails to arrive, and sometimes filed messages don't get moved into the folders in Outlook. Refreshing doesn't seem to help, though toggling Wi-Fi on/off sometimes does.

Are both of you certain that your Exchange accounts have Active Sync support? If not then hat is what is causing your issues. You must have you email providers to turn on Active Sync for those account.

When this happens, do you still have a data connection? There should be a ? symbol by the signal indicator.
Are you connected to WiFi? I've noticed email dropoffs/delays when using WiFi before.

EDIT: that "?" mark above is supposed to be the BlackBerry symbol. I forgot that CB10 translates that into "?" marks

It's not a BlackBerry data connection issue for me. I've had the wifi issue before, but this is different. Emails slow even on the cell network. I think it's a problem with GoDaddy. I'll ask them about the ActiveSync activation.
