    Folks,

I've got a Q10 (SQN100-5) that I purchased from Blackberry and am using on AT&T. Every now and then, data doesn't seem to work even though I've got 4G or LTE coverage. I'll have the "blackberry" by the signal indicator but the browser won't work or any other data apps. If I make a call, suddenly the data will connect/work. But it might drop off a couple minutes later. Has anyone else had a similar problem? The OS on my Q10 is 10.2.1.2977. Thanks.

I don't know if it's AT&T or the phone, but I've had issues with mine as well. I'll randomly not have ANY signal at all, but my BF who also has AT&T but has an iPhone will have full bars and LTE. My model is an unlocked -1 model that I purchased through Best Buy. I just downloaded the new OS software update and none of my texts will display even when I text someone. I've done a hard reset already and still no dice. Super annoying. Sorry, I'm no help but have empathy.

Having bars of signal doesn't mean much anymore. They proved that in a video here on crackberry a couple years ago, but who knows, could be different now.

The best model for AT&T Is the SQN100-1 which is what all the phones they sell are.

You say that because? Before picking up a SQN100-5 I had a SQN100-1 from AT&T and I've had no data issues or any other issues with either device. They have functioned well and there is no difference between the 2 models when using them on AT&T that I have ever detected.

    Blueyestm,

The SQN100-5 covers all the AT&T frequencies that the SQN100-1 does:

    GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - all versions

    HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100 - SQN100-1
    HSDPA 850 / 1700 / 1900 / 2100 - SQN100-5

    LTE 700 / 850 / 1700 / 1900 - SQN100-1, SQN100-5
