[CrackBerry Question]

Q10 question:

For no apparent reason, I can't access some of my contacts. I have done hard resets, three or four battery pulls, synced with the latest backup to no avail. They do not show up in any of the lists, and a search just comes up as "No results."

Yet if try to re-add them, it says, "You already have a contact by that name, do you want to update?" If I say yes, it doesn't fix anything--a search still turns up nothing. It does let me re-add them, but if there is a way to fix this without doing that I'd be grateful for any help.

If you open contacts app and swipe down from the top. Go into settings and make sure they are all toggled on.
