Actually carrying around my old phone with me at the moment until I figure out a solution. Just got it new in the box on December 23rd. Didn't get to start using it until more recently because I had to get a microSIM from T-Mobile.

Everything else is fine...except when I was finally able to kick back and start adding my numbers since they weren't in there. (Presuming because of the card replacement and a lack of a Mobile Backup app since this is unlocked. )Put in all the info, save, and none of them show up. Don't see any setting I'm missing. Tried switching between SIM and phone saving. No cigar. Nothing with an update and a battery pull today either.

Any solutions?

Had the same problem with my Daughters z10. Seemed like the pre-installed build was glitchy. Did a full security wipe, setup the phone again, then it worked.

Also, some of my Contacts, when calling, only show the phone number. Putting in the country code (and I, being in the States, use a 1) corrects this issue (showing the name).

Thanks for the info. And to the last poster, they don't even show in my phonebook. I will keep that in mind.
