After updating to 10.2.1.5371 a portion of my contact list disappeared at random. When I called a different person, the "disappeared" person answered the phone. When I looked at the contact info the disappeared contact doubled up on a completely different contact.
When I go in to re-create the disappeared contact, it states" You already have a contact with this name".
Any idea how to fix this?

Try going into the contact un unlink that contact. Seems your contacts got linked together some how.
