Hi all,

I am from VN - the country with small number of people using BB, but the fans really love using BB a lot.
However, which pissed us off is VERY BAD warranty service of Smartcom - authorized distributor & warranty service by Blackberry.
All BB fans got very upset (especially with a very big shipment of Z10) with this but we did not know where we can make a complaint to.
Hope that Blackberry will take a look at VN market & fix it so that everyone will turn back to use Blackberry more!

is smartcom a carrier? Your BB has a warranty straight to BB as well that you can use

Crackberry users from Canada and perhaps the United States will never understand that in other states it is almost impossible to communicate directly with BlackBerry.

If the dealer/provider is unwilling or incompetent there is no warranty claimable

Smartcom is just a distibutor.
So sr about your issue bro, i m from HCMC too, but never got a BlackBerry officialy from Smartcom or any other carrier.
But what exacly the problem you have with them?
