    BB Q10 VM homepage notification will not clear I have heard all yet number of VM stays at 13. Have done all the basic things any ideas?

    Well since I've had my phone this vm icon acted as a new message indicator. So it also indicates how many vm messages you have saved?

    I've never had to delete all messages. It is enough on Sprint to check voicemail and once the "you have no new messages" voice is heard through the q10 phone app, the q10 then registers so

    thanks I have verizon and it does not work for some reason right now showing 8 messages on icon yet i have no new messages and only 3 saved messages
