    Does anyone know how to put callers on hold using the Q10? I've tried holding the mute button and pressing H while in call screen mode and nothing works. Help is appreciated, thanks in advance

    Are you 'holding' H/ Mute until the "call held" confirmation shows.
    Make sure you're holding it long enough and not just quickly pressing it.

    Ya I'm holding it but a confirmation never appears it just does nothing... does it work for you?

    Yes that's the method I use.

    When a call comes in I press and hold the microphone symbol and it holds the call.

    For starters I would restart my phone. Hold down the top button till you see Restart in the lower right corner. Press it and then maybe try.
    Sorry but that's all I have.

    Hopefully someone else can chime in with a remedy.
