I have Q10 on TMO US with leaked 10.3.1.2708. While I can open powerpoint presentations originally downloaded from my company's site, I cannot open .ppt files I made on my computer and emailed to my Q10. Error message says: This file cannot be opened. and below that message is this - generalErrBufferTooSmall.

I can open the file on the computer and on my playbook. But not on my Q10.

How can I possibly solve this error?

I have restarted my device, but the error persists.

Are you trying to open a big ppt (large file) on your device?

Just 1.5 MB and 2.0MB. The issue has been solved. Thanks for replying. I made another presentation from scratch (although this is the 4th time) and the issue did not recur.
