Since I have had the phone I can't access my blackberry emails so that I can forward them to a different address ,I tried logging in with the correct information but I got locked out. Sprint customer service were of no use.

The blackberry.net emails will not work with the OS10 phones. I think some carriers would allow you to forward them to another email address for a period of time. This forwarding would have been done via a PC and the web portal.

Perhaps a Crackberry user that has used the forwarding option can explain how it's done.

BlackBerry is doing away with the 'blackberry.net' addresses.

On my Q10 it prompted me to enter an alternate email address and I will continue to get email SENT to my 'att.blackberry.net' address for one year.

Sad. I really liked having a blackberry addy.
