Ok, I've downloaded music from BBWorld to my Q10 before but today it is just not happening. No matter if I'm WiFi connected or not (and that is then a 4G connection) it's telling me I don't have enough bandwidth connection to download. I tried doing just one track instead of the whole album both ways, still no go.
    Any suggestions?

I would first hard reset the device. Hold down volume up and volume down for 20 seconds until it reboots then try again. If that doesn't work I'd call the carrier and they should put you through to BlackBerry.

I'm just happy to see someone actually paying for music. Good luck sorting it out.

Well, I purchased another album and it downloaded fine. Must be something wrong with the first file.
And yes, as an independent musician, and one that has had music pirated, I always pay for music.
