    Hi,

This should be simple but I keep getting frustrated. Trying to install Snap on Q10 (10.2.1.2977), but neither the chrome extension nor DDPB can connect to my phone.

Yes, I'm in development mode. Yes, I got the ip address and password right. Yes, I disabled my firewall and anti-virus (both temporarily via Norton). I'm closing Blackberry link (after it says I'm connected, so the BB seems to be hooked up the computer). Anything else I can try? Would appreciate this, I need Google maps to get around Brazil, where I work.

Under 'Storage and Access' on the Q10 do you have 'Access Using Wifi' set to On.

Does the loading bar on Chrome page move or do you get the error on the Chrome Playbook Manager page then you're clicking proceed anyway.

On ddpb when you connect your phone one pops up then there is the one in the left side where you hit connect.

    BlackBerry is a better experience.

I had the same problem. I went to storage and access, and I changed the option "access storage" to "connect to mac". Maybe try to select " connect to windows".
