Ok so I've installed OS version 10.2.0.1047 on my Q10 and went back to the official T-Mobile OS 10.1.0.243. Before and after I installed OS 10.2 on my Q10 my bbm notifications were perfectly fine. After I downgraded I can't seem to change the notification settings. Please help. Attached is a photo of my bbm notification setting. It's grayed out.

Something must have gotten corrupted during your installation.. the easiest thing to do would probably be to install the BBM channels beta from blackberry beta zone. That should get you fixed up quick and easy..

Short of that, you'd have to re-instal the OS I suppose..a security wipe might help..

Yeah I've installed the bbm channel beta and nothing has changed. Did a security wipe, checked the notification setting and it was still the same. Restored from a backup and nothing. I don't know what else to do.
