Hi, I just got my BB q10 yesterday and charged it fully.
There are several problems that I faced,
first I failed to add an account on FB so I went to update the facebook version.
After the installation Im still unable to to add the account, and I tried to go to Settings to see what is happening.
Then I just couldnt even open Settings. Then I rebooted with battery, but it turned out that I cant even start up the phone. Its turned on but staying at the100% loaded status and doesnt start.

this is so urgent, please help me

ps. I tried pulling out the battery but it doesnt work still

connect ur Q10 to computer

close blackberry link

extract the file

open the .exe file

wait until it finish

u will get the latest version and u wont have any problems again
