I cannot delete a text message from the HUB ( white Screen ) on a Q10. I have to End Chat in the Text Message.

While in the text message thread click on the three little dots on the bottom right of the screen and click on end chat. Only way it works for me

This is a known bug from that software version from Verizon. Until we get an update you'll have to delete text message threads from within the message itself.
