    Yes, you can but not through BB Link or over the air since Sprint has not released it for the Q10.

    Thus, you'll have to load it yourself using one of the ways described in the forums. I've never done it, but it can be done safely. Search the forums for "Sachesi" or "Autoloaders". Good luck!

    If you want lower volumes for all your notifications (ringtones, emails, alarms etc.) upgrade. If you prefer to have a fully functioning Q10, do not upgrade to 10.3.anything.
