    A staff who is on roaming in india facing issue with Q10.He has complained that he is unable to recieve his work emails but he can send them.

    The device configured with BES for corporate email.Is it the carrier or the BES issue?

    What is his home country/carrier?

    I would not think, if he is on a BES, that there would be any distinction between sending or receiving emails, depending on local conditions. In other words, if you are able to send, you should be able to receive.

    But to get responses from people more experienced with BES, I suggest you ask the question in the following forum section:
