    Hi, I've a BB Q10 which I received in May of this year. Suddenly I can only be heard when on speaker phone. I can hear the person that has called or who I have called but they cannot hear me unless I switch to speaker phone. I have re-booted twice but no change.

    This happened to my wife's iPhone a few months back and she had to get it changed. Of course I'm still in warranty and think I'm insured as well but any ideas please?

    Try the free BlackBerry Virtual Expert in BlackBerry World. You can test the hardware.

    Have you tried the hold for 10 seconds power button + volume up + volume down reset?

    This has happened to 2 of my Z10's. I never drop them and I baby my phones. But it has happened to 2 of them. Sounds like your microphone has crapped out. Call your carrier and they will overnight you a new phone with almost no questions asked. They have been very good about it with me (Verizon).

    Just been through some diagnostic checks with Vodafone and a replacement handset arrives tomorrow.
